This section documents the custom HR modules in the Odoo 19 workspace. It is written for Odoo administrators, HR staff, attendance officers, and managers.

Start with the workflow

• RWR Time tracking records work and break sessions through a kiosk or the Attendance backend.
• RWR Working schedules provides the schedules, contract templates, and Personnel Number field used by HR.
• Attendance Delta displays the gap between completed sessions.
• Attendance Policy warns about configured continuous-break requirements on native Extra Hours rows.
• Attendance report prints planned, leave, worked, and overtime hours.
• Worked Time requests creates attendance records after approval of exceptional worked time.

Access controls

The shared access-control list is the common user-management section. HR menu visibility controls the Employees, Expenses, and Time Off root menus. Absence detection access controls which employees are included in Odoo’s automatic absence-detection job.

Documentation boundary

Module manifests, Python code, XML views, and tests in /opt/odoo are the source of truth. Versions and dependencies below were checked from those manifests. Database values, enabled Odoo settings, and user memberships are live facts; confirm them in the target database before making an operational decision.

The historical Phase 1 time-tracking baseline is intentionally not presented as active guidance: its own source marks it superseded by RWR Time Tracking 19.0.1.0.13.
